RITES OF PASSAGE
Rites of passage are very detrimental to some societies in order to pass and tradition to new upcoming generation. There are several different types of rites of passage, due to the fact that there are many cultures that practice this form of education. The only groups that practices rites of passage are non-literate cultures. This is one way of ensuring the preservation of their culture for years to come. The child learns by watching their fathers and elders by imitate their actions until they are able to be thought properly how to behave and work. Once they learned and complete their tasks they would have shed their childish skin and would now become adults.Facing Mt. This is a very un-orthodox tradition; this is the removal of the girl’s clitoris.
